How will I be billed?
If you select our monthly billing option, your credit card will be billed beginning the day after your free trial period ends. Your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel or change plans.
If you select our annual billing option, your credit card will be billed for the total amount on the day after your free trial period ends. Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel or change plans.
Can I add to my product experience journey?
Yes! You can easily upgrade from PX Activate to PX Expand to add educational prompts, renewal notices, and cross-sell opportunities to Polly's conversations with your customers, or PX Nurture to add ongoing care and maintenance guidance throughout the full product lifecycle. If you have other product experience needs, please reach out—we'd love to help you craft a custom Polly Path for your business.
What is a Monthly Active User?
Monthly Active Users (MAU) are customers who are actively receiving Polly's conversations on an existing product journey. Your customers can opt out at any time and doing so removes them from the MAU total.
I have more than 500 new users per month. What do I do?
Great! While some of our customers want to begin with a smaller subset, like 500, we make it easy to add more in increments of 1,000 or 5,000 MAUs. The cost depends on volume, and you can add anytime. Reach out and we will provide pricing to meet your needs.
Is each journey custom to my company and product?
Yes! Polly generates a custom journey for your company and product. It's based on our millions of data points from years of live customer interactions, BluStream's best practices for crafting engaging product experiences, and the specifics of your product(s). The general framework is our proven recipe, but your Polly Path is uniquely yours.
I'm not sure if my product is right for this. Can I get a preview?
Sure! Just sign up for the PX Activate tier and we’ll set you up with a preview. If for some reason you choose not to go live, just cancel before your free trial month ends.
What if I have more than one product?
Even better! We make it simple to start with just one product or product category for up to 500 consumers. Most customers want to expand both products and MAUs. When adding MAUs, we’ll provide the needed additional products or products categories at no cost.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time and we’ll process on your next monthly or annual renewal date based on your contract type.
For Monthly contracts, cancellation notice must be received 5 days prior to the next monthly renewal date to avoid next monthly billing. For annual contracts, notice is required 45 days before annual renewal.
